There are many jobs out there that seem stable in a certain economy but tend to lose their elasticity in a crash, or change of pace, change of market interest and so on, but the Erp Consultants job market has always been hot and intends to stay hot for a long time to come. The beauty of the ERP jobs is that not only does it pay an enormous salary, but you are always using the latest technologies thus getting experience in these things as well as having the best tools to work with for the job. I have a small architectural firm with 5 employees. Even with the current downturn in the economy my business has been booming (because I have focused on the retail efficiency sector). I have always been a hands-on kind of employer — I am not to good to work on some of the smaller projects with my apprentice staff or to manage contracts. However, I have never enjoyed the a lot of the behind the scenes work that is necessary in order to keep my business running smoothly. In particular, I have been thinking of outsourcing hr functions. I was thinking about hiring two more employees and I was thinking of moving out of house in order to streamline the hiring process. This would allow me to continue to focus on the work that I love. I know that this is just one small part of the larger business of customer service outsourcing. What have been other people’s experiences with outsourcing some of their business functions?

I’ve been curious lately about Process Mapping.
Our company is asking all of us to learn more about process mapping to help improve our efficiency.
I’ve learned a lot about Business Mapping in recent weeks, and I think it can really help us improve our business methods.
Learning the basics has been easy enough, since I’m already familiar with flow charting.
Your comments are welcome as always.

Ive been hearing a lot lately about six sigma programs. Supposedly it’s a great way to build your business into a more efficient operation. Six Sigma Online comes highly recommended from a number of people I respect.
I’ve settled on Six Sigma Methodology, I think, as the best route for use to get our axct together. It’s expensive, but hopefully the savings it generates will be worth it.
I know that six sigma programs has been a big success for many in our industry. Looks to be worth a try.
Let me know what you think about all this.

It’s time I got to work learning about The Basics of Process Mapping.
I figure learning more about flow charts and business maps could help us get our house in order here.
I’ve been searching all over for info on Basics Of Process Mapping. I’ve had good luck with my Internet research overall.
It turns out that process maps are very similar to flow charts, which makes them easy enough to work with.
Until next time.

I’ve been reading about
Lean Manufacturing Training lately. I think it would be a good idea for our company. It could help a great deal with improving our efficiency.
I’ve been reading up on Lean Manufacturing Principles online, and I have to say that I’ve been growing more and more enthusiastic about the idea.
Greater efficiency is always the best way to improve the bottom line, in my mind, because it can all happen inside the company. It doesn’t depend on anyone but ourselves.
Alright - that’s all for now.

My favorite aunt was a proffessor of accounting at a well known Jesuit University in the mid-west. One thing she would constantly harp on was that the best run companies knew to the penny what their costs were at any time. I agree with this. But how does a smaller firm compete? Well under the right circumstances, job cost accounting erp software can be used for many aspects of strategic planning and operations management, functioning much like an ERP system. The modularity becomes a cost-effective way for a company to scale. I think she would agree with me.

The main purpose of any business is to make a profit. So when the profitability starts to drop what most business will do is start a process called process mapping. This is where a good workflow diagram software can really come in handy. What this software will do is help that company break down each of the processes or steps that take place between the start of production to the final product. Each of these processes can then be fully analyzed to see if changes are required that will lead back to stronger profitability.
