As long as you have a clear disclaimer, is having a penny stock newsletter and getting paid to promote legal?

      Sure – its legal! Just use 8 or 10 pica for your disclaimer!

      Yes. Completely legal. As long as you disclaim that you have a conflict of interest.

      There are many forum owners and moderators who are paid, and are randomly arrested by the SEC because they need to disclaim the conflict with every post.

      I find some un-promoted picks and discussions at that site “tries” to rid the pumpers. Makes a much cleaner environment but slow for a lot of the noobs.
