I was given certificates for otc.bb penny stock with restriction to sell no more than a certain amount a week. I’m looking for a broker that would agree to host the certificates and deal with all the legal matters,such as transfer agent approval,opinion letters etc. so far I have only found two but they are not only expensive but VERY complicated and I’m not comfortable with them…
Can anyone suggest a good broker who deals with these kind of securities?

you were “given” these shares with instructions on how to sell them….you did not buy said shares???
I would follow their instructions if I were you.
I’m surprised that you found two. Who would do this unless you gave them lots of money? You want someone to risk legal trouble for an $8 commission?
