Please do not take stock advice from anonymous people on yahoo answers. Why would you think we are any smarter than you are?

Dont invest in penny stocks unless you have an acute understanding of why you’re investing.

I know its not $50,000, but that doesn’t matter. Even if its $50, you may aswell throw it down the drain.

Also you shouldn’t ask for investment advice on the internet. You may aswell hang a big neon sign round your neck saying ‘Scammers Apply Here’.

Look into Pump and Dump scam schemes, there are plenty of people who will be willing to recommend the next hottest penny share, and you can rest assured they will happily profit from your losses

when i started out in the stock market i looked at penny stocks because i thought it was an inexpensive way to make money. Good thing i learned enough to never invest a penny into penny stocks. There are more cons than pros with penny stocks. They’re extremely volatile, many of the companies that offer the stocks with OTC and pink sheets are bullshit artists. Those companies artificially inflate the price of the stocks to make you think they’re worth the purchase. Once they get enough people buying their stocks they’ll immediately drop the price and you lose your investment. Plus you should always look at VOLUME. Be careful of pump and dump scams. They’ll screw you faster than you can figure out what happened.

Before i ever invested i quickly learned that i’ll NEVER make any profit from penny stocks. Even if you already know this stuff i’m just reminding you so you don’t forget that you’re playing with fire and thinking you’re the lucky one that won’t get burned.

In what insane world is that a rational statement? Investment return is directly related to future cash flows, the price of the stock is irrelevant. There, somewhat, a relationship between illiquidity and lower prices as less liquid stocks carry lower prices, but then your question should have been:

Does anybody know a highly illiquid stock (of any price) with good earnings and a nice business model?

That might make you some money.

Please do not invest money in penny stocks – however small your investment is. They are “penny” stocks for a reason

They’re not. Penny stocks are the sewers and ‘hoods of the investment world. It’s filled with predators who will be glad to take your money.
