No future/option, and I will decide at purchase time whether I am “considering”, Short-Term vs. Long-Term. Paid with ACH.

Please don’t do this. It would be a truly stupid decision.
Penny stocks are not an investment, just a speculation in stock market debris. The vast majority of penny stocks go to zero. I would hate to see a bad first experience sour your attitude toward investing.
Please study investing before buying any stocks. Here are three excellent books. The first two are easy to read. The third is a classic if you want to pursue greater detail.
One Up On Wall Street – Peter Lynch
A Random Walk Down Wall Street – Burton Malkiel
The Intelligent Investor – Benjamin Graham
If you’re a new investor, you should not go into penny stocks at all. It has very little liquidity meaning that you need an actual buyer if you want to sell your stock. If there is no buyer, you can’t sell it and it could go to $0 and you lose it all. There are many scammers and manipulators in this unregulated market. Most penny stocks end up at $0 and vanish.
