Forget eTrade (worst choice of the three). Ameritrade is not great for penny stocks. Of the three Scottrade is best. Scottrade is not near my best choice for penny stocks.

You need a “direct access” broker with a great platform…… none of which applies to any of your choices.

Your choices are to be honest, strange… unless you’re new to trading. you should know that investing or trading in penny stocks should only be done by people that have 3-5 years very successful experience trading stocks above $5. The most typical, big mistake new traders make is going after penny stocks first. But… I also know you just won’t believe that. So… remember me in 6-12 months after you’ve killed your account.

low commissions, very low fees for market data.
